Q: Do I have to be 21 to purchase a brewstub?

A: Yes, you must be 21 or older to legally purchase and redeem a brewstub. While some of the events listed on the site may appeal to persons under the age of 21, this site is not targeted at persons under the age of 21, and they are not permitted to use this site. If you use the Sites, you affirm you are at least 21 years old.


Q: How will I receive my brewstub once I’ve purchased it?

A: Your brewstub will be delivered by email and SMS and will be sent to the email and phone number you provided during the purchase process.


Q: Can I give a brewstub to a friend?

A: Yes, all brewstubs are completely transferable. You can forward the email or text on to anyone once you receive your brewstub.


Q: How do I redeem my brewstub?

A: Please refer to the redemption information located on your brewstub. You then need to print out your brewstub or just use the barcode on your phone to redeem* at the brewery. *Note you must be 21 years of age or older to redeem a brewstub.


Q: Do brewstubs expire?

A: Unless otherwise determined by the specific brewery, all brewstubs will expire one year after their purchase date. Any brewstub that is purchased for a specific limited-release product will only be valid for the time frame indicated at the time of purchase. At the discretion of the brewery, such a limited-release brewstub may be exchanged after such a time frame, but prior to expiration, for an alternate product to be determined by the brewery.


Q: Are brewstubs refundable?

A: The price displayed on the brewstub represents the face value of the brewstub and does not include all service and delivery fees where applicable. Lost and/or stolen brewstubs will not be honored. All orders are final - NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. This brewstub is for purchase or transfer by electronic means only. Notwithstanding the foregoing, some breweries may have differing rules regarding the ability to refund and/or exchange your purchased brewstub.
